Wally started Wally Machinery & Tool Supply in 1973 here in Orange, CA, with tools got at auction and with a few OEM lines.
Buying & selling machine shop tools. Building stock. After being a machinist since the mid century, and having his own machine shop 12 years. His saying was "IF IT'S NOT IN STOCK IT WON'T SELL".
I believe that he built this company with that in mind!
In 1988 Wally's was Incorporated in the state of California We have grown to 14 employees, and "tools are NOT counted by the piece but by the cubic foot". Wally retired in 1992 and his daughters now are President and Vice President, keeping the spirit and goals of Wally alive and well.
By the way Wally is still alive and doing great !. Gardening and visiting his grandkids. Something you didn't have much time for before.
